Dispensing medications in syringes requires stringent controls.  Medications must be rigidly accounted for and protected throughout the hospital dispensing system.  Complementing its line of tamper-evident products, EPS has developed 4 styles of tamper-evident syringe bags to help pharmacists and nurses provide protection for both IV and oral syringes. 

 Available in either 2” x 8” or 3” x 12” sizes, the EPS Syringe Bag accommodates virtually all sizes of syringes.  Stocked in clear or ultraviolet inhibitant amber, all styles contain a large white writing block so important information can be communicated to everyone handling the medication.  The aggressive tamper-evident closure and 3 mil polyethylene thickness provides protection as the medication is being transported.  Yet the double-perforation design allows for easy tear-away access to the syringe.
