GENERAL POLICIES CONCERNING THE WHEATON PRODUCT LINE 

All Wheaton items will be shipped either from our locations in Warminster or Ivyland, PA or from the Wheaton Warehouse in Millville, NJ. All shipments are subject to shipping charges. Customers outside of PA are responsible to remit locally any applicable sales tax. 

BREAKAGE AND SHORTAGE POLICIES 

Immediately upon receipt of your shipment, inspect for damage. Do not accept a damaged shipment until the carrier makes a damage notation on your delivery receipt or bill of lading. If a shortage or damage exists, you should immediately request that the carrier make an inspection. 

CONCEALED DAMAGE 

An inspection should be requested within 15 days of delivery, whether the shipment was made by U.P.S., FedEx. or Common Carrier. Common Carrier claims must be handled by the consignee. E.P.S., Inc. can process U.P.S. and FedEx claims after the consignee requests U.P.S. or FedEx inspection of the damage or pick-up.
